:I have factory cd changer in the trunk. It was installed slightly improperly. Apparently there are two positions for a mounting screw/spring assembly (I am not so sure of the exact parts) that can be in two positions...one for vertical mounting, the other for horizontal mounting. If they are in the wrong position, you will have skipping on EVERY bump...ask me how I know!
Your dealer should be able to catch this!
