Dan,

It is this simple. If you are a chick who has no business driving a car with power (like wife, girlfriend, soccer mom, etc.), buy the 528.

But, if you have machismo and like a REAL sports sedan, get the 540/6. There simply is no comparison, and, if you are a Bimmer enthusiast, what is 10 grand anyway? That's what a set of rims and a body kit costs!
