BMW's new digital phone (MB is only other maker to offer Digital phone) is avail as either TDMA (not that great) or CDMA (the best of the two). You chose based on what system you want. The CDMA supports both systems. I have Bell Atlantic, I mean Verizons and I went with the CDMA. The only phone offered is the Startac for now.Generally, auto manufactures go with Motorola because of quality.
