: As far as my 740, you're right, it's not a real luxo sedan compared to 750... only reason I got it was because it was the ONLY 7er in the 2000 model year with the sport package. In addition, it is still the ONLY 7er to have the true M-technic suspension (740 and 750iL have the EDC, so you can't M-technic that suspension). I bought the 7 over the 5 because I like the looks more, and too many of my friends and neighbors have 540s. Besides, 540 sports are on serious backorder.
