: : : Sorry to hear BMW hasn't fixed the seat problem yet. You need new seat rails. My seat would actually move a slight amount and make a clunk. two visits to dealer and they replaced seat rails and it still didn't fix it. Then they told me that was a normal amount of play. HA. Lived with it for awhile and then Posted a question about it on Deja BMW board and got an email from BMW NA and they said they had a fix and sent me back to the dealer. Alas they got it right.

: : : The window issue is not really a defect, but noticed that occassionally they drop done a tiny bit when unlocking the car with the remote. I think if you press a little too long, it begins the mode that opens all the windows for you.

: : : : On several occasions I've found the driver or passenger side windows to not be in the fully up position. I'm sure I didn't lower them. Any ideas?
: : : : Another issue is a clunk from the seat frame area when I go around a corner relatively quickly. It can happen on a right- or left-hand turn. After the first turn, it only happens again on a turn in the opposite directions. Any suggestions would be welcome.
