You can try using Armorplate by Armorall. It is a clear liquid that you spray on an lightly buff off after you wash your car. It gives you the look of a freshly waxed car, and only takes 10-15 minutes to apply. I would still suggest waxing the car a couple of times a year, but the Armorplate is good to use in between.
