I to have filed a Lemon Law suit against BMW for my 2000 528ia Lemon. The common thread here seems to be that in the rare occurance that bmw does sell a lemon the refuse to do the right thing until they are threatened with a law suit. That shows very poor character on the part of the corporation. If they really have so few problems why is it so hard too get them to take responsibility for the mistakes and take care of the cutomers that pay almost $50k or more for one of their cars???? I agree ALL manufacturers have their share of lemons, but its what happens AFTER the customer complains that counts, and it seems BMW just does not care....

: I can't believe all the bad luck you have had, but I must say that your situation is very rare.
: We're all sorry you have had such bad luck, but you can't write off all BMW's as lemons. Most of them are still the best cars you could ever own. Getting one that's a lemon is just as likely with Mercedes, Audi or Lexus.
