You shouldn't have to pay anything, Len. I get a knot in my stomach just thinking about it. What the hell is BMW thinking? The distinguishing characteristic of a BMW dealership (or any high-dollar lot) should be customer service. The reason you buy a NEW car in the first place is so that you won't have to deal with this kind of crap.

: Eric,
: I have had to bring my car into BMW at least 1 time EVERY MONTH for problems with the air bag, cd player, traction control, antifreeze leaks, oil leaks etc...etc.... PLUS they dented the back bumper annd the drivers side fender while the were replacing the engine head for the THIRD time, why should I pay anything?? they were not 9100 trouble free miles!!! not to mention that BMW mechanics put on a little over 700 of those miles while fixing/test driving the car!

: : I think it is unrealistic to expect 100% of your money back on a car with 9,100 miles given the conditions that you experienced. It you are listening to your attorney, understand that he doesn't make the big bucks unless it goes to trial.
