So you spent $50K and got a lemon, big deal. There are people that spend $120K on a SL600 which also turn out to be lemons.

Stuff happens.

Keep in mind neither BMW nor the dealer have to give you anything. What they are offering you is out of their "good will." The Lemom Law is an arbitration panel, so they are not on your side to begin with.

Get in touch with a lawyer and have him explain the facts. Settlement is a much better option than litigation 95% of the time.

You may feel shafted and frustrated, but use your head and don't let the emotions rule.

Unless you want to endup with the lemon BWM forever,that is.
