Not only did they keep the car for 17 days to allow the BMW Engineer time to scratch his head but they utilized OUR Electronic Gas Credit Card to refill the tank before they gave it back to us.

After we received our bill and quized Mobil and the dealer for the time and TAPE of the transaction, the BMW Customer Service Manager stated that we would need to call "national" to ask them for reimbursement.

Beware, no-one is responsible! Mobil calls it fraud! What do you call it?
