JZ:

I got my diff at the cheap price ($600 Cdn) but right after I bought it, the dealership jacked the price up to $2,300 Cdn (hahahahahahahahahahahaha).

Thanks for your offer of a test drive but I live in Vancouver BC Canada - I assume you are in CA, USA.

But...I have been paying closer attention to the engine's characteristics as you suggested and....I do notice a more marked improvement - perhaps the reason why I didn't notice much improvement was right after I put in the 3.15 diff (Saturday evening), I went to Portland Oregon the next morning and didn't have much time to test the car (I was averaging 90 mph down I5) - so on Tuesday when I began more stoplight tests - I had probably been desensitized to speed (lol).

I do notice a good improvement after 3000 rpm but I guess I must have been unrealistic to expect tire screeching off the line starts.

Anywyas, thanks for your input.

Regards

NW
