My quarter mile times (g-tech) dropped by about 4% after the 3.15 diff install which is not trivial by any means...certainly not something achievable by any other sub-$500 mod.

With regards to wheelspin on both wheels, an open diff (non-LSD) will always transfer power to the wheel that's spinning FASTER. If you launch in an area/road where both wheels will have nearly identical friction coefficients (traction) an open diff will also 'burn' both wheels equally
