I have them (235/45/17) on my '90 535i. I've been very impressed with them after about 5k miles. They've got lots of dry grip, and are outstanding in the rain. Nice turn-in response, low noise, and quite comfortable, too.

I've got Dunlop SP5000's (225/55/16) on my '94 530iT. They're quieter and more comfortable than the P7000SS's, but they have less dry grip. They're about equal in the rain.
