I Just put Eibach springs and '00 sport shocks on my 97 non sport. Shocks Works great, can't comment on whether the springs would work. Installation is time consuming on this car. Dealer quoted me $1,000 plus cost for alignment. Had a suspension shop do it for me for $600, including alignment with a Hunter machine and mounting my new tires and wheels.

: Purchasing sport springs & shocks from a '98 6-speed for my '99 non-sport automatic 540i. What would be a fair price for installation? Any reason they shouldn't fit?

: Thanks,

: Steve
