Could you get the "Nav" system radio, and not the nav system itself? Technically, you might be able to do this, but there are probably different specifications between the two radio units, such as power requirements and integration with the onboard computer and steering wheel controls.
How about retro-fitting the full in-dash nav system? Every dealer I talked to say no way, don't even bother. One of them finally told me that it could be done for about $6K (equipment and labor). You'd have to rip open the dash, replace the radio unit and all associated electronics, install the CD-reader, and install two GPS antennaes (front and rear) and other electronics. Even if I bought all the hardware, they were unwilling to perform the labor, since they considered it so invasive that they couldn't guarantee the results.
