: I do not have a sport steering or suspension, and to me compared to my 535i, the steering is sluggish and not as powerful as the older 535i's steering. The 535i steering has a much sportier feel and the steering wheel definitely turns much faster than the bulky steering wheel on my '00 528i.

: On another note, do you have an address for me to write BMW NA customer relations?

: Thanks,

Well the easy way it to go their web site
http://www.bmwusa.com/start.cfm

and then hit the "Contact BMW" marker.

Or if you wish to send paper mail just address it to Cusatomer Service - their address will be on the web site somewhere.

I use the Canadian, and sometimes the German sites.

Cheers
