: On monday I am contacting every newspaper and TV station that will listen... I think it should make very interesting headlines don't you??? BMW just could not leave well enough alone... now they want to go for round 2! If they have any remorse at all they will contact me before I do this.... if not, it will be a media circus even Don King would be proud of ;-)

Len -
Thanks for posting this. It's VERY revealing. What's sad is that BMW is employing people who are dumb enough to say something like that. I doubt any high-level executive in charge of customer relations would really be monitoring &/or posting on on a Saturday afternoon.
Luckily for BMW, I don't think "the media" would consider this "name-calling" a story since it is a very isolated incident, and as for the lemon incident being rectified, BMW is in the clear for giving you the cash and a new car.
HOWEVER, luckily for you and your lawyers (who probably love this stuff - no meanness intended) the IP can be traced most likely to a certain employee's terminal, they can figure out who was working at the time, and possibly take action against the employee, if you consider that worth pursuing.

Tell us how you like the 330i

Cheers to new car smell, and I would be interested to know if they apologize.

traceable to my Imac at home ;-)
