: : I don't think you understand what kind of pains you have to go through to get something done. It's only *UNTIL* you do things like negative publicity or the threat of litigation that some companies, manufacturers or what-have-you will take notice. I had a very similar thing happen recently with a VW dealership (Sonnen VW in the S.F. Bay Area) and now everyone single person in that dealership knows my name and knows I've influenced the other 2000 employees at the company I worked at. You don't forget the run arounds and false promises all too quickly even if you get things resolved, to have someone from BMW NA insult this guy at this point it just putting more salt on the wound.

: : So until *you* have gone through such lengths to get something fixed, I think you'd better lay off since it doesn't affect you in the slightest.

: : >>>: Case has been resolved. You got a new car and satisfaction. May be it is just about the time you relax a bit and find some other things to do besides trashing BMW ? Correct me if I am wrong but BMW had nothing to do with you case but producing a defective cylinder head. Happens even to the best of us. <<<

: BMW makes a defective car. It happens. Dealer refuses to deal with the issue appropriately. What else do you expect ? There is an army of hungrly lawers out there that will more then willing to deal with it for you. You go and get one or two. They do their job - they get attention of BMW NA and it immediately resolves the issue. Normal civil situation, nothing dramatic about it.

: Here comes the drama. Wipping and bitching on all boards with no reason whatsoever - it is not his business to deal with it now, it is lawers business. Is it that dramatic and nerve racking as he portaits it ? NO. It is just a part of live and bad luck.

: Allegedly, some BMW NA emploee makes a post. I agree with every word of this post, BTW. Drama unfolds again - it is nearly the end of the world, BMW NA is involved in such a dispicable behaviour and so on. Do you guys have any common sence at all ? Why the hell BMW NA should be responsible for what their people say while off work ? Some guy dialed into BMW NA network from home and used internet connection for free. Is BMW NA responsible for it ?
