I'm no computer expert but I don't believe that indivual computers at a business have their own IP addresses, so it could have been anyone at BMW. I agree with your assessment about it being a woman and you may be right that it is Ginger, as she clearly posted on the board before.

For what it's worth, I don't think your reaction is overblown one bit. You are right, an individual at BMW provoked this. A classy company would have made a post immediately after taking your car back, apologizing to you for your inconvenience and trouble with your 528 and reassuring everyone that this is an isolated incident and that they stand behind their products 100%. But no, instead we get this profane post, as if the money came out of her pocket personally? Amazing.

: Well,
: If you have read the posts a little further down the board here you will see that BMW made a very tasteless post directed at me and now I know who did it... her name is Ginger and she says she is an employee at BMW and even gives out her phone number.... You can tell the anon poster was a woman because of the way she made reference to "pussy ass men" at the end of her post, a guy would not have posted that. Look at the ip number captured on her first post to me which was sent under tthe name "no sympathy" and then click on the link below and look at her post from June 20th of this year... it is the same ip!!!!!
