I've had my 528 for about a month and it is the best car I've ever driven. I've had the Z3 for about 18 months and so far BMW has been completely up front with me on everything. Then again, I've had absolutely nothing wrong with either car. The experience with the Z is what prompted me to go for the 528.
Let's give BMW, the company, a chance to handle the situation with what appears to be an employee that is, well, not aligned with the corporate values (how's that for being PC). I imagine there will be some scrambling around at the corporate offices in the morning - and one VERY nervous pseudo-annonymous message board poster.
