Just tried out the DSP, Yo!! "kill" that order (m) (archive)

The wife and I stumble into the local BMW dealer, we need to get our weekly fix on bimmers (since we are now "540less").

Noticed the dealer had a 540 w/ DSP in it, I wasn't about to miss the chance to try it out. Anyways, long story short, I was playing w/ it for a good 10 mins, my conclusion is:
1) I am an idiot, and don't know how to set this thing right (Doubt it, I can afford a BMW so I can't be that dumb ;-) ) .
or
2) DSP is the biggest rip-off from Germany!!

After consulting w/ Brian Lewis, our residence audiophile, I am gonna delete that option, just hope they haven't built the car yet. ;-)
