How to take head set off? (archive)

My beloved 540ia sport has tan interior. Looks great, but a bit hard to keep it clean. I'm planning to put sheep skin on my driver seat. Here is my problem, how to take the the head restrain off the seat? Without taking it off, I can't put the sheep skin on.

Any advice?
