any compelling need to provide the readers of this little forum its side of the story. Why does anyone think that BMWNA (or any other U.S. company for that matter) needs to defend itself against some crack-pot in this forum? Think about it for a second, please. It's a no-win situation for BMWNA and I'm gonna' go out on a limb here and predict that BMWNA will not stoop to this level of idiocy in an effort to defend itself here. If/when BMWNA decides to discuss this matter, they will do so directly with Mr. Sain, or else they will discuss the merits of his case in open court. They will not discuss it here. Case closed. Now will someone please tell me that we've heard the last of this fiasco? Not one of you is seriously going to sell his/her BMW or not buy another BMW just because one lunatic has some problems with his car. We all love/adore/respect our precious BMWs and would not dare buy a soul-less Lexus/Jaguar/M-B/etc. unless we've experienced similar problems with our cars/dealers or else simply choose to purchase something else. Good day.
