Dinan stuff for my 540i (archive)

Can anyone offer feedback / advice on Dinan products for the 540i? I have the 2000 540 - M series (wheels and tires and stuff) and am considering adding the Dinan software and carbon fiver air intake - looks like a claimed gain of about 20 - 25hp and more efficient running.

Anyone doing this?
