Is it not built into the Navigation System?

Thanks

does anyone know of any websites, to see pics of the 2001 530i? also what changes were made since the 2000 model. Is the price range the same as the 2000 model?

The 2001 530i is roughly $500 more than a comparable 2000 528i. However there is a catch: the power right front passenger seat is included in the newly optional convenience package (which also includes a homelink universal garage door opener from the factory instead of the dealer). Other changes for the 2001 5 Series are cosmetic. The cosmetic changes include: body color moldings in the center of the bumpers, fenders and doors, new head lights with rings around them, jewel like rear tail lights and the signal light lenses are now clear instead of amber. The cold weather package is now available on all non M 5 Series cars (sport and non-sport). However, on sport models it only includes heated front seats and high-pressure head light cleaning system (no heated steering wheel because 3-spoke Motorsport steering wheel was not designed for it). Non-sport models still have 4-spoke steering wheel, so on non-sport models the cold weather package still includes the heated steering wheel (which the 4-spoke steering wheel was designed for) plus the heated front seats and high-pressure head light washers. An single-disc in-dash CD player is now optional on US 5 Series cars but is not available with factory installed navigation system because it won't fit. Sport and sport/premium package equipped 530i models have the style 42 composite cross-spoke II wheels. Premium package equipped 530i models get different 16-inch wheels from premium package equipped 528i (don't know what new premium package wheels look like though). I believe base 530i models get standard 16-inch wheels, too (but I don't know for sure). This is to visually differentiate the 530i from a comparable 528i besides model badging. The homelink transmitter is now standard on the 540i and M5. The M5 also gets the cosmetic changes of other 2001 5 Series cars. There is a possibility that front and rear PDC will be optional instead of just rear PDC (again, I don't know for sure). The heated front seats and high-pressure headlight cleaning system are standard on the M5. Therefore, the cold weather package will not be available on the M5 for 2001. Oh, the M5 already has clear lenses for the signal lights. Hope this helps.
