i am looking to buy dsp woofer system that sits underneath the rear deck along with any of the associated wiring.

Upgrading existing DSP can be done - some restrictions. Upgrading from standard to DSP is much more involved. There is lots of previous posts about it in archives. Look for posts by Hazelwood and Cash - they have much knowledge about it.
