Sounds kind of elementary, however, this has worked before. Grip steering wheel and firmly turn back and forth while simultaneously turning ignition key.
A locksmith will come to your house. Probably easier and cheaper than dragging it to a dealership.
Beware, many dealerships will probably try to sell you an entire steering column. This would be especially true if the second sentence would work for them!!!
