Would anyone know of a web site where I could see pictures of the new 01 5 series? I know a lot of you guys have described the changes but I'd just like to see them for myself ya know. Also, what engine will power the 525? I hear some people saying there will only be the 530 and 540 while others are saying there will be a 525, 530 and 540. Thanks for all help!

Here is a web sight that somone provided me http://www.eurobuyers.com/photos/. Select the files that begin with 015. That is 2001 5 series. It shows the front total view and several close up shots. It is a dark blue vehicle so it is some what difficult to view the detail changes in the curves etc. I have copied the options sheets provided by a local dealer that I may be able to send to you as a .bmp file if you are interested. The 525 will be powered by a 2.5 l (184hp), 530 by a 3.0 l (225 hp)as the new 330 model and X5 3.0l. There will be of course the existing 4.0 l (282 hp). Info taken from the data sheets.

It seems that the dealers here in the SW OH area received their dealers brochure which includes the marketing statistics etc last Friday. You may want to visit a local BMW center and see if they received one also. It shows the pictures very well. The fog lights are now round rather than rectangular. The headlight also has some new lighted ring around the bulb which I didn't quit understand but didn't matter. The vehicle is very nice.
