Not sure about BMW's vinyl quality, but if it is anything like MB Tex, then it is worth considering. I got this car from my dad two years ago, and with 144K miles on it now, the interior looks like new. Granted it will never have that leather smell, or "luxurious" feel, but it will always look good and require very little maintenance.
