I had leatherette in my 95 525i. I liked it just
fine. Easy to care for. However, when I traded the
car in the dealer told me that they would pay 1k
more for the same car with leather. Maybe just an
excuse not to give more.

Anyone got a 5 series with leatherette upholstery? How do you like it? Any regrets about not springing for the real leather?
