I added yours to my list, this is what I have so far, sound good?

Car's history:
Were all scheduled maintenance items done and done by an authorized BMW dealer?
Do you have all past paperwork, manuals, window stickers, etc?
Have any repairs ever been needed? Warranty or otherwise?
Why are you selling the car?
I would appreciate it if you could fax me the repair records

Car's exterior:
Is the exterior in like new condition?
Was the car always garaged?
Has the car ever been hit, dinged, scratched, stone chipped?
Have the wheels been bent or damaged?

Interior:
Is it a non-smoker's car its whole life?
Is the wood trim, seats, dash, carpet in like-new condition?

General:
Has the car ever been raced or used on the track?
Are the tires in good shape or do they need to be replaced?

Some things are more important than others. For example - a few stone chips probably wouldn't prevent you from buying but a previous accident might.
