There is, but you could get a better quality system by upgrading the stock system with the money you save! I just bought a new 2000 BMW 540iA Sport/NAV/DSP and wish I didn't waste the money on the DSP. Its definitely worse than most stereo systems, my 2000 Tahoe 9 speaker system sounds twice as good even after the DSP adjustments everyone raves about. Yes I plan to remove the DSP and upgrade with aftermarket amps and speakers. It will be integrated in the car and the sub will be against the back seat taking up very little trunk.
