It's been about 3 weeks since I had lasik (Dr. Tooma in Newport Beach, CA). I was 20/400 before the op, now I'm 20/20 in the left eye, 20/15 in the right. It rocks.

My eyes are dry also. It's a known side effect and it could last up to 6 months. Mine seem to be getting better. They're the driest when I wake up in the morning. I use Refresh Plus artificial tears once every 2-3 hours or so. Get 'em at Costco.
