I have had cataract lens implants, retinal detachment repaired and vitrectomy in right eye. Eyes get dry/irritated at times. I use Alcon Tears Naturale II. 1 oz. is about $12 at local drug store. Definitely ask doctor to give ok to whatever drops you choose.
