You can use tire, but the speed rating would drop to below 110 mph usage. And it is always best to have tire repaired from inside and rebalanced. It might be best to use as spare, if you are doing a lot of high speed or aggressive driving, like some of us?
Get the tire fixed and use it as a replacement. Take the good tire out of your trunk and use that.
