It is better what you can get in CA.

You made a good choice to wait for 2001.
I was going to get the 540iA and decided to get the 530iA.


From what dealer?


I was offered $1800 over invoice for the '01 530i. Do you think it is a good price? Last year I was offered $1500 over invoice but decided to wait for the '01 model.


 I too was told $1500 above invoice on a 2000 - same dealer gave me $2000 on 2001 530i: $1800 over invoice is a good deal... It is the best I have heard of to date..
