You'll need the M5 bumper, M5 fog lamps, M5 bumper strips, M5 bumper gasket (it's a plastic rubber that goes from right to left on top of the bumper) and some bolts and nuts. Other than that, you'll need a special mesh grill with the "T" bar in front that fits the brake channels for a regular E39, 3 brake channels for E39 M-Technic front bumper.

If you are in CA, check out Pacific BMW or you may want to try Bekkers on the East Coast. Bekkers seems to know this particular set up quite well.
