Have a 97 E420 and a 97 540iA. I have to go with the BMW although they are close the BMW will edge it out. I raced a CLK430 in the 97 540iA(73,000miles) he was ahead of me by half a car at 100 m.p.h. It is a different feel with each car. I prefer the Ultimate Driving Machine.
