I don't see what all the fuss is about. I don't think any semi-intelligent person on this board actually believes that the bulbs Jimmy sells cost nearly that much? I doubt it. Apparently, what he provides is great customer service, which one would expect given the price. For many, the sevice is well worth the high price. For others, it is not. I agree Jay went about it the wrong way, but the fact remains that there is are cheaper alternatives for those looking for the plain bulbs w/o the install/service.
