Your modifications would most likely to bring your car to 308hpp @ 5700 PRM (+23 from stock) and 341 (+31 from stock)lb ft Torques @ 4000PRM.

I have the Dinan software and CAI in our '98 540iA and the difference is not detectable to my butt dyno, so my guess is any improvement there is no more than 10hp.

The intake definitely sounds better, though.
