Yeah, he knew I could stuff four obese people in the car with three golf bags and still blow him off the line like he was standing still, but he just gave me the look. You know, the "my sunroof is substantially bigger than yours" look.
Sigh! Next year will be the Boxter, TT, or Z3, or maybe just a raggedy old Spitfire to lighten up my balmy evenings.
One problem with a two-seater is its limited trunk capacity. After all, when I pick up my two kids from daycare I need to make sure the one stuffed in the trunk isn't cramped - that would surely be child abuse.

It's like a Stepford car.
Nothing wrong. Everything (almost) perfect. Best, most logical choice in its price-category. Fun to drive even with its larger and more practical size than a typical "fun to drive" sports car. Quiet, comfy, reliable, good-looking.
Just had one of those days where I longed for something a little ..."different." (okay, so I looked at an Audi TT again... heck, I KNOW it's a VW beetle but STILL)
C'mon. If the 5er is your only car, and you don't really NEEEEEED a sedan, don't you sometimes have wandering-eye syndrome? Or is it just me and my insatiable car-lust?
If you have ever found yourself in this position, please respond and tell me how you worked yourself out of it.
