If you are "lured" (let's call it "entrapped") by a female vice officer posing as a prostitute you will have your car CONFISCATED. That's right CONFISCATED without any recourse. People have tried and failed to get their car back. If you owe money you will still be required to make payments to the note holder. (bankers don't want to lose out, if you don't pay they will come after you next)

This is regardless if you are even charged with anything; READ without due process.

This is blatantly against the 4th amendment.
And yet it was voted into law!!!!

Who'd you vote for to let this happen in our country? Was it a Democrat, or a Republican?

VOTE for a 3rd party candidate
Stop this raping of our U.S. Bill of Rights.

BTW--San Francisco is currently attempting to pass similar legislation.
