AK, I think your check engine lights are contagious. Mine just light up for the first time. 97 540ia, 51,700. Car seems fine. Is it ok to drive to dealer and what if it takes a few days to get an appointment. What does it usually mean?

Faulty thermostat also sets off the check engine light. Had it happen to me in Vegas. Solution was a replacement part.
