I've got a 2000 528. Does anyone have thoughts on how to get rid of the hundreds of little orange/brown spots on the hood of my 2000 and elsewhere caused from bugs? The finish on the doors and rear quarter panels is satin smooth, but the hood and roof don't feel smooth anymore. A close look and feel reveals all these little orange/brown spots. I don't want to put anything on there that would ruin the finish.

thanks.

-Ram.
