I am not experienced in leasing but I did read some pros and cons of lease and how to negotiate a lease on CARBUYINGTIPS.com. On this site I found out that it is a standard practise to depreciate the car 50% in 3 year lease. You can get some good info and how not to get tricked by your dealer on this site.


new 530iA with sport package. The salesman tells me the residual for this car after 3 years is 55%. Does this seem low? Do dealers negotiate on the residual so that you can have lower payments? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
