specializes in performance upgrades. The reason I say that is becuase they know what to look for as far as abuse or neglect. Any shop experienced w/ modifying Porsche's will not what exactly to look for. Even if you are not looking to modify your Porsche I would still take it to an independent mechanic.


what the difference in price should be for the later model year, i.e. '97 vs. '96. FYI, taxes are exactly the same for NYC & Santa Clara county, 8.25%.

Also, if i'm buying from a dealer, do i need to get the car chkd out by an independent mechanic?
