After five months of driving around the streets of San Francisco (OK, Palo Alto) with my Euro Tourist plate, ... I am looking for a simple but high-quality (not pepboys cheezy) license plate frame ...

I ended up buying a couple alumni frames from where I went to school, which just happens to be the farm near you.

Still waiting for the Massachusetts registry to deliver the RKBA plates I ordered, however.
