What is part# 12.52-1432 452? (archive)

After backing out of my garage, I noticed a small black plastic cover about 1"x1"x1/2" lying on the floor under about where the engine would be. It has 12.52-1432 452, >PA 6 + 15%GF< and the roundel stamped on it. I'll call the dealer tomorrow, but just curious.
