Reread it, it says For Use On All Wheels... EXCEPT Uncoated Aluminum.
I have used it, its excellent stuff, although a little pricey (good for about 2 (4 wheel) cleanings).
I have found WESTLEYS ALL WHEEL cleaner to be excellent as well and use it now instead. It last alot longer for $3.99 a bottle at Pep Boys.
Also get one of those soft wire brushes from Target, they work well after applying the wheel cleaner to finish cleaning it. Just spraying the chemical helps get the brake dust off, but to truely get it all off use the softw wire wheel brush to scrub it.
Also be sure to WAX your rims, doesn't take that long, helps keep the brake dust from EATING INTO the clearcoat. Also makes cleaning easier in the future.
