Question on used 528 (archive)

A local premium used car dealership has a 1998 528, its montreal blue/sand, with sport premium pack, 5-speed, 28k miles, and they Are asking $34,900. Which means I could probably get it for a couple thousand less. The car is mint. Does this sound like a good deal? BTW, its never been wreked.
